.Sub-Contractor inspection and reporting: This involves detailed inspection and reporting of sub-contractor performance in both the fabrication and welding of steel structures/Pressure Piping to standards and specifications.  Material and welding traceability are inspected and review of the Sub-Contractors MDR for compliance is also checked.

.Welding Inspector: Fully qualified welding supervisor and Inspector to Australian Standards AS1796Cert 10, AS2214 Structural and International CSWIP 3.1. Able to advise and assist with welding WPS/PQR Development, monitoring of welding personnel, inspection of completed welds to any standard or code. Complete MDR review for compliance.

.Estimating Services/Take-off's: over 20 years' experience in estimating Structural, mechanical and piping. Drawings and specifications can be emailed through and a material take off, estimated man hours and estimate summary can be returned based on your man hour rates.

.3D Modelling and Drafting: From designs, 3D models of mechanical components can be produced in both Creo Elements (Pro Engineer), AutoCAD 3D or AutoCAD Inventor. Drafting is offered in AutoCAD format for items such as platforms, stairways and structures from design drawings. Isometric drawings can be produced from 1st or 3rd projection detailed drawings.

.Project Management: Able to Manage fabrication or site installation projects from conception to completion. Covering Project Estimation, Contractor Selection, Contractor Supervision and Monitoring, QAQC and MDR Review, Surface Treatment, Site Installation and Comissioning.
